Major real estate transactions to be decided

The municipality proposes to purchase the 14.4-hectare Toivola farm located in Kuljus for 199,200 euros. The property is strategically located for future development and consolidates the municipality's land ownership. At the same time, the Hulikankulma industrial plot would return to the municipality for 45,120 euros, as the original buyer has not fulfilled the construction obligation.

Building ban to continue in Sääksjärvi

The building ban in Sääksjärvi center is proposed to be extended by five years starting from mid-February. The ban concerns the most central areas, where improvements to the townscape and development of the station area into a more regional center-like environment are planned.

Waste station plot for Pirkanmaa Waste Management

A 9,820 m² plot in Marjamäki will be leased to Pirkanmaa Waste Management for a regional waste station. The annual rent is agreed at 15,319 euros. The station will store bulky household waste and hazardous waste.

Controversial motorway matters on the table

A response to the council initiative regarding the Puskiainen motorway project is proposed. The municipality states that this is a state project, for which a statement will be requested in due course, but the municipal board and community planning committee disagree on the tone of the response.
