Statement to HAO regarding appeal concerning decision "Meruntie 53 deviation permit"

A vote was held on changing the use purpose of a vacation home to a permanent residence at Meruntie 53. Member Kuisma presented a counter-proposal to grant the permit against the presenter's negative proposal. The majority voted in favor of the presenter's negative proposal by 8-3 votes, so the exemption permit was denied primarily due to equality and zoning reasons.
