Audit Committee

The meeting may address other matters that committee members might bring up during the meeting. This is a standard agenda item that gives members the opportunity to raise current or urgent issues for discussion. Formal decisions are not necessarily made at this point, but matters may be deferred for later consideration.

The audit committee will handle the approval of the agenda in its meeting. According to the proposal, the committee would approve the meeting agenda and the agreed order of processing matters. This is a standard opening item of meeting procedure, where it is confirmed what matters will be handled and in what order.

The audit committee continues the preparation of the evaluation report at its meeting on April 7th. In the evaluation report, the audit committee assesses the effectiveness and appropriateness of the municipality's operations. 90 minutes of working time has been reserved for the preparation. The completed report will later be submitted to the municipal council for consideration.
